Brynna makes some excellent point which I mostly agree with.
I guess I don’t understand how this can be enforced? Is every individual from a team blacklisted, or the team in general? If I stay and two of my teammates leave, am I blacklisted? Who is keeping track? Why not at least have a three-point system as opposed to jumping to something that sounds as threatening as blacklisting?
